I think more carefully when I try explain things to someone else. Someone like you, my notional reader. This site hosts some of my efforts to think through topics I find interesting.

There are no ads, no user tracking, no social media links. No cookies for you. I try to keep the javascript minimal, but I need it to do typesetting of the mathy bits.

The site is built using the Zola static site generator and the Lightspeed theme, the latter lightly tweaked to handle $\KaTeX$. Site deployment and updates are via rsync over ssh, as God and Nature intended.
